Our approach
We aim to support recognized accessibility practices and improve access when an issue is identified. The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, descriptive page titles and links, scalable text, sufficient color contrast, a skip link, reduced-motion support, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Using the site
You should be able to navigate the primary pages by keyboard, zoom text using browser controls, use screen-reader landmarks, and access the service email without completing a complex online form. The mobile menu uses a standard expandable control and does not require custom scripting.
Known limits
Accessibility can vary with the device, browser, email application, and assistive technology you use. Email software opened from a mail link is operated by a third party and may have its own accessibility features or limitations.
